Returns and Refunds Policy

At Scent by Callie, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to ensure every product reaches you in perfect condition. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an item has been shipped. However, if your item arrives damaged, we are happy to offer a refund or replacement.

No Returns Policy

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, and because our products are handmade and perishable, we do not accept returns for any wax melts, candles, or related items.
  • All sales are final once shipped, and we cannot process returns or exchanges for change of mind or any other reason.

Refunds for Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at sales@scentbycallie.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • To process a refund or replacement, we will need:
    • Proof of damage (photos of the damaged product and packaging).
    • Your order number and details.
  • Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will either issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement item.
  • Refunds will only be processed for items that are damaged during shipping.
